Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer queries with a focus on first-contact resolution.
• Document all interactions meticulously within the company’s internal management systems.

• Stay updated on service protocols and industry trends relevant to the customer support services landscape.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Russian (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in English to effectively engage with our internal global management teams.
• A genuine interest in language, translations, and linguistics as applied to customer support services.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is considered an asset.
• Strong digital literacy and the ability to work independently in a home-based setting.
• Commitment to a 12-month contract as part of our client’s support infrastructure.
