We are currently sourcing candidates for a Summer Camp Arts & Crafts Specialist in the USA position in United States, perfect for those seeking immersive English-speaking jobs. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and instruct diverse arts and crafts workshops, including painting, drawing, ceramics, and woodworking, within a high-standard hospitality environment.
• Foster a creative, safe, and engaging atmosphere that encourages campers to express themselves and build confidence.
• Manage and maintain the arts and crafts studio, ensuring all equipment is organized, safe, and accessible for guest programs.
• Collaborate with the camp leadership team to design creative curriculums that enhance the overall guest experience.
• Adapt instructional techniques to accommodate various age groups and skill levels, ensuring inclusivity for all campers.
• Promote hospitality excellence by maintaining a professional, friendly, and supportive rapport with both campers and fellow staff members.
• Ensure all activities adhere to the safety standards and operational protocols required of our premium camp facilities in the United States.

Requirements

• Native or fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Previous experience in hospitality, youth leadership, or creative arts instruction is highly desirable.
• A positive, energetic attitude and a genuine passion for working with children in a camp setting.
• Ability to commit to an 8-week contract period between June and August in the United States.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a multicultural team.
