Job Overview

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented professional for an Italian Data Labeler position in United States. This is a high-impact, onsite role where you will play a critical part in training and refining advanced speech and voice AI systems by ensuring data accuracy and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and label complex Italian language datasets to improve AI model performance.
• Evaluate model outputs, providing structured and high-quality feedback to ensure system accuracy.
• Perform audit-based reviews of data, identifying patterns, edge cases, and potential failure modes.
• Apply annotation guidelines consistently while identifying instances where they do not reflect real-world scenarios.
• Contribute to the enhancement of evaluation frameworks to elevate overall output standards.
• Identify and communicate performance trends clearly to internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Participate in regular team calibrations and syncs to maintain high-quality consistency across all tasks.
• Document findings in a clear, concise, and actionable format for engineering review.

Requirements

• Native-level fluency in Italian
• Strong written communication skills and language fundamentals
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and apply guidelines consistently
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks
• Comfort working in structured, process-driven environments
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States (no relocation package available).
• Ability to work on-site in California, United States.
