Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional for a Marathi Data Labeling Associate position in United States to contribute to the advancement of cutting-edge Generative AI. In this on-site role, you will analyze model performance and human-in-the-loop interactions, ensuring that AI systems align with real-world requirements for accuracy, safety, and cultural nuance.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI model outputs and provide structured, high-quality feedback to enhance system performance.
• Perform audit-based reviews of data and model behavior, identifying patterns, edge cases, and failure modes.
• Apply complex guidelines thoughtfully and provide critical feedback when guidelines do not reflect real-world scenarios.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of evaluation frameworks and quality standards.
• Identify and document trends in model performance to communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Actively participate in team discussions, calibration sessions, and project-based synchronization meetings.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to refine data quality standards for the Marathi language market.

Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in Marathi and a university degree (Bachelor’s or higher).
• B2 or superior level of English.
• 1–2 years of professional writing experience with strong, structured writing skills.
• Ability to apply complex writing rules and guidelines consistently.
• Strong understanding of safety considerations in GenAI data delivery, with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work on-site in California, United States; this position does not offer relocation.
