We are seeking a dedicated professional for the Stock Financing & Wholesale Expert - Italian position in Portugal. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Stock Financing and Wholesale credit operations to ensure compliance with risk guidelines.
• Manage the full lifecycle of credit lines, including activation, contract management, and necessary amendments.
• Execute operational tasks such as blocks, cancellations, and reimbursements while maintaining process accuracy.
• Monitor outstanding issues and resolve operational incidents to ensure seamless business continuity.
• Update and maintain sensitive financial information within internal corporate systems.
• Provide high-quality support to dealers and importers, ensuring effective communication in a demanding Customer Support Services environment.
• Assist with strategic departmental activities and reporting during peak workload periods.

Requirements

• Italian (C1/C2); English (B1/2) is a plus; Experience in call‑center environments; Strong communication skills.
• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written).
• Proven ability to manage financial processes with high attention to detail.
• Previous experience in the automotive industry or dealer network support is highly valued.
• Professionalism in stakeholder management and follow-up on critical business matters.
