Key Responsibilities

• Lead high-energy climbing sessions on walls, bouldering structures, and zip-line courses for diverse campers.
• Ensure the highest safety standards within the hospitality environment of the camp facility.
• Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages teamwork, confidence, and personal growth among participants.
• Maintain and inspect climbing equipment to ensure operational readiness for all guest activities.
• Provide direct instruction and guidance, adapting techniques to suit various age groups and skill levels.
• Collaborate with the broader camp hospitality team to integrate adventure activities into the camp program.
• Assist in monitoring group dynamics to ensure an inclusive and positive environment for all attendees.

Requirements

• Native or fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Demonstrable experience in climbing and a genuine passion for working at heights.
• A proactive and positive attitude towards hospitality service and child engagement.
• Ability to commit to an 8-week contract period between June and August.
• Prior experience working with children or young people is highly preferred.
