Key Responsibilities

• Edit and review machine-translated customer service content to ensure a high level of accuracy and consistency.
• Evaluate MT output quality and apply precise severity ratings based on project-specific guidelines.
• Produce high-quality human translations that serve as essential reference data for AI model training.
• Strictly adhere to provided style guides, brand tone rules, and technical terminology requirements.
• Identify, track, and report recurring machine translation quality issues and emerging batch-level trends.
• Collaborate on an ad-hoc basis to meet evolving project demands and maintain top-tier language standards.

Requirements

• Native proficiency in the Galician language and strong English skills.
• Experience in translation, localization, or MT post-editing.
• Familiarity with machine translation quality evaluation and error identification.
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently in an online environment.
• Native or fluent English (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
