We are currently seeking a detail-oriented professional for the Bilingual Metadata Specialist position in India. Key Responsibilities

• Execute functional and linguistic quality assurance by accurately following complex testing instructions and test cases.
• Strictly adhere to project-specific quality standards, trademarks, style guides, checklists, and glossaries.
• Review, create, and validate high-quality metadata for global film, television, and music content.
• Log, track, and prioritize issues while providing clear and actionable feedback to stakeholders.
• Consistently meet productivity and quality targets while maintaining high standards during repetitive tasks.
• Make informed, professional judgment calls in ambiguous situations and escalate risks as necessary.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional, international teams to ensure seamless data integration and product excellence.

Requirements

• Native or fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Proven experience in metadata management, content QA, or similar digital media roles.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in high-volume, repetitive environments.
• Strong analytical skills, capable of making sound judgment calls under pressure.
• Ability to work on-site in India as part of our specialized local team.
