We are currently seeking a meticulous professional for an Italian Data Labeling Associate position in United States to join our high-impact AI evaluation team. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI model outputs in Italian and provide structured, high-quality feedback to enhance system performance.
• Conduct audit-based reviews of data and model behavior to identify critical patterns, edge cases, and failure modes.
• Apply complex guidelines thoughtfully and provide input when these frameworks do not reflect real-world scenarios.
• Contribute to the refinement of evaluation frameworks rather than simply executing predefined tasks.

• Document analytical findings in a clear, concise, and actionable format to support ongoing development.

Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in Italian and a university degree (Bachelor’s or higher).
• B2 or superior level of English.
• 1–2 years of professional writing experience with strong, structured writing skills.
• Ability to apply complex writing rules and guidelines consistently.
• Strong understanding of safety considerations in GenAI data delivery, with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to work on-site in California, United States; this is not a remote position.
