Key Responsibilities

• Execute and achieve sales quotas and objectives within the Customer Support Services framework.
• Identify and qualify potential prospects and key decision-makers in target companies.
• Monitor and review levels of customer satisfaction to ensure excellence in service delivery.
• Escalate client issues to the appropriate departments when necessary to maintain service quality.
• Prepare comprehensive commercial and technical service proposals.
• Ensure that all proposals are both technically and commercially sound to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive engagement and maintain high standards in Customer Support Services.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• ✅ Your Profile Your first language is Dutch and you have a good level of English.
• You have strong communication skills and are self-motivated and enterprising.
• Orientation towards achievement and objectives.
• You have good computer skills.
• Previous experience working with different channels is a plus.
