We are offering a premier Stage HBO: Recruitment - HR | Kaag position in the Netherlands for motivated individuals looking to launch their career. Key Responsibilities

• Act as a full-fledged team member within the HR department, supporting core recruitment objectives.
• Plan and execute recruitment events, including career fairs and university presentations.
• Develop and implement innovative campus recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for interns and vocational (BBL) students.
• Coordinate effectively with practical trainers and schools to maximize recruitment reach.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure high-quality talent acquisition for the business.
• Analyze recruitment performance metrics to provide valuable insights to the HR leadership team.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is strictly required for this position.
• Currently enrolled in an HBO (Higher Vocational Education) program related to HR, Business, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for networking and talent acquisition.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a high-performing team.
• Available for an internship of at least 5 months, working 24-40 hours per week.
• Eagerness to grow professionally within one of the most sought-after Dutch-speaking jobs in the Netherlands.
