Job Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated and hands-on professional for a Werfmedewerker position in Netherlands based in Ter Aar. This role is a vital logistical link, ensuring that essential infrastructure materials and traffic signage are perfectly prepared for projects across the country, making it an excellent choice for those seeking Dutch-speaking jobs in a practical, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, inspect, and sort traffic signs and logistical materials for diverse infrastructure projects.
• Perform meticulous preparation and labeling (stickering) of new signage.
• Collect and organize poles, barriers, and other equipment across the yard site.
• Assist in the safe and efficient loading and unloading of company vehicles and trucks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment throughout the yard and storage facilities.
• Provide on-site support when necessary, such as assisting with the installation of signage or mobile text displays.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• MBO level of education or equivalent, with an affinity for logistics, technical work, or the infrastructure sector.
• Extremely accurate working style; you ensure that all materials are prepared perfectly for field teams.
• Valid B-category driver’s license.
• A flexible, responsible attitude with the ability to work independently.
• Must be currently residing in or near Ter Aar, as there is no relocation package provided.
