Key Responsibilities

• Execute essential production tasks to ensure seamless operational flow.
• Operate machinery and auxiliary tools strictly adhering to safety instructions.
• Conduct rigorous quality, weight, and product compliance checks.
• Perform warehouse activities, including forklift operation and stock management.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness across machines and the entire production area.
• Proactively identify and report any malfunctions, deviations, or safety hazards to leadership.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily production targets.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) – mandatory for all Dutch-speaking jobs.
• Valid EU passport or legal right to work in the Netherlands.
• A practical, hands-on mindset suitable for a fast-paced production environment.
• Willingness and ability to work in a 5-shift rotation schedule.
• Strong sense of reliability, motivation, and a commitment to safety protocols.
• Ability to work harmoniously within a team structure.
