• Identify trends and behavioral patterns to proactively detect and address potential risks.
• Make well-reasoned decisions and clearly explain the context and rationale behind them.
• Manage high volumes of work while maintaining accuracy, quality, and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold safety standards across global platforms.

Requirements

• Required Qualifications Fluent Arabic.
• B2 level or higher in English.
• Good understanding of online culture, pop culture, global events, and the cultural context of the market(s) you will support.
• Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work professionally with sensitive information and challenging content.
• Strong pattern-recognition and problem-solving abilities within the customer support services industry.
