Key Responsibilities

• Deliver against ambitious quarterly business growth and product growth goals within the competitive sales industry.
• Establish and cultivate long-term client relationships via phone consultations and strategic email marketing.
• Act as an owner of your assigned portfolio, identifying growth drivers, managing risks, and executing strategic quarterly plans.
• Provide Google-caliber solution selling, partnership management, and data analysis to deliver successful, high-impact business outcomes.
• Uncover the unique business needs of your clients to achieve their marketing objectives through innovative advertising solutions.
• Conduct professional sales pitches and regular consultations to advise clients on maximizing their return on investment.
• Operate effectively in a dynamic environment, reaching for ambitious sales and productivity targets daily.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is essential for this role.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to communicate in English and Dutch fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
• Preferred qualifications: Google Digital Workshop certification or equivalent experience.
• Experience assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection, and engaged selling.
• Ability to own an advertising or media sales portfolio in Belgium and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
