We are currently searching for a driven professional to fill the Business Development Rep. US market - GenAI Ads Solutions position in Spain. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through strategic inbound and outbound prospecting, including cold calling and social selling.
• Generate new business opportunities and maintain a robust, high-quality sales pipeline.
• Conduct deep-dive needs analysis to present tailored GenAI advertising solutions to prospective clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospect outreach through to final contract closure.
• Achieve and exceed revenue and activity targets within the US market.
• Ensure precise tracking of all sales activities and client interactions within our CRM platform.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with onboarding and customer success teams to ensure a seamless transition for new clients.

Requirements

• Native or fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or digital marketing.
• Strong commercial drive with a customer-centric approach and passion for AI technology.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, specifically adapted for the US market.
• Valid work authorization for Spain.
