Job Overview

We are seeking a high-caliber professional for our Senior Talent Acquisition Partner with German position in Germany. Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for Sales and Go-to-Market roles, from the initial brief to final offer negotiation.
• Cultivate and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with hiring managers, internal interview teams, and candidates.
• Lead the talent delivery strategy on a dedicated, customer-specific project, ensuring all hiring milestones are met.
• Utilize data and market insights to make clear, evidence-based hiring decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Coach and guide interview panels on modern recruitment best practices to optimize the candidate journey.
• Maintain transparent, honest, and proactive communication with stakeholders, even when handling complex or difficult feedback.
• Uphold the highest standards of excellence in every stage of the recruitment funnel.

Requirements

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within the German market.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions at all levels.
• The ability to thrive in an environment defined by ambiguity, seeking outcomes rather than rigid instruction.
• Professional fluency in English to collaborate with our diverse international team.
• Residency within proximity to Frankfurt to facilitate the hybrid work model.
