Candidate Qualifications

• Possession of a valid EU passport is mandatory.
• Native or fluent proficiency in Dutch.
• A proactive mindset with a genuine enthusiasm for learning and development.
• Availability to operate within a 3-shift rotating schedule (morning, afternoon, and night).
• Solid conversational English skills.
• Demonstrable sense of accountability and a collaborative spirit within a team environment.
