• Assist the Gaming & Esports community with technical inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Safeguard sensitive user information while strictly following internal data privacy protocols.
• Collaborate with international colleagues to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks on gaming platforms.
• Deliver exceptional assistance to players to maintain our reputation for world-class service.
• Offer suggestions to optimize team workflows and improve the overall player journey.
• Stay updated on the latest gaming titles to provide informed and accurate support.

Essential Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Dutch.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Willingness to commit to a 3-shift rotating schedule (morning, afternoon, night).
• Valid EU passport (not an ID card).
• An eager, service-oriented attitude and a hunger for professional growth.
