Key Daily Functions

• Act as a proud brand representative for our major gaming partners to ensure player loyalty.
• Collaborate alongside global colleagues to diagnose and solve platform-specific technical challenges.
• Deliver exceptional assistance via email, phone, and live chat to our gaming community.
• Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date knowledge of the latest gaming releases to provide superior player support.
• Uphold strict data protection protocols while handling sensitive user details.
• Identify and suggest operational optimizations to improve the overall player experience.
• Provide high-quality resolutions to account-related queries for players in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.

Candidate Qualifications

• Proficiency in Dutch (fluent) and conversational capability in English.
• Possession of a valid EU passport (Note: ID cards are not accepted).
• Ability to commit to a 3-shift rotation schedule (including mornings, afternoons, and nights).
• A proactive, service-oriented mindset with an eagerness for continuous professional development.
• Strong dedication to teamwork and individual accountability.
