Core Duties

• Utilize your Dutch language skills to deliver a tailored, high-end experience for our Dutch-speaking clientele.
• Monitor and uphold strict standards regarding game fairness and overall integrity.
• Act as the face of the studio, maintaining a welcoming and professional brand presence while on camera.
• Ensure that all gaming procedures strictly follow international regulatory requirements.
• Host live casino sessions with charm and professional poise to ensure top-tier player engagement.
• Stay agile by learning new game mechanics and adapting to the latest studio technologies in the Gaming & Esports sector.
• Work in close coordination with technical staff and floor supervisors to ensure every game runs perfectly.

Required Qualifications

• You must be a holder of an EU passport (ID cards cannot be accepted).
• Proficiency in Dutch (spoken).
• A conversational ability in English.
• A proactive, service-oriented mindset with an eagerness to acquire new skills.
• The ability to commit to a rotating 3-shift schedule (nights, afternoons, mornings).
• Strong sense of duty, reliability, and team-player spirit.
