Your Core Duties

• Promote an inclusive and positive gaming culture by upholding all established community standards.
• Provide expert guidance to players by maintaining an extensive knowledge of current titles and market developments.
• Offer high-quality support to gamers via phone, chat, and email in Dutch.
• Work alongside a global team to refine communication strategies and internal support processes.
• Attend regular training modules to keep pace with software updates and gaming industry advancements.
• Resolve player inquiries efficiently, maintaining high standards of professional excellence and satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, connectivity problems, and account management requests within the Gaming & Esports platform.

Candidate Prerequisites

• Native or near-native proficiency in Dutch.
• Ability to communicate in English at a conversational level.
• Must hold a valid EU passport (not a national ID card).
• A service-oriented mindset combined with an enthusiasm for continuous learning.
• A reliable team player with a strong sense of professional duty toward peers.
• Capacity to work rotating shifts, including morning, afternoon, and night rotations.
