• Foster a welcoming gaming community by upholding all community standards and guidelines.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge regarding current game titles and evolving industry shifts to offer elite advice.
• Actively participate in training initiatives to keep pace with software updates and gaming innovations.
• Provide high-quality communication to gamers via phone, email, and live chat in Dutch.
• Collaborate across borders with global colleagues to refine support protocols and excellence standards.
• Strive for total player satisfaction through efficient, empathetic, and expert issue resolution.

Candidate Prerequisites

• You must hold a valid EU passport (National ID is not accepted).
• Full proficiency in Dutch.
• Conversational ability in English.
• Reliable, service-oriented attitude and a willingness to master new skills.
• Strong sense of duty toward your team members and a professional work ethic.
• Ability to commit to a rotating shift schedule encompassing nights, afternoons, and mornings.
