• Troubleshoot technical connectivity issues and assist with complex account management tasks within the Gaming & Esports platform.
• Prioritize player satisfaction through professional, prompt, and empathetic communication.
• Engage in consistent professional development through training modules focused on emerging gaming software.

Candidate Qualifications

• Must be a holder of a valid EU passport (National ID card is not sufficient).
• Proficient command of the Dutch language.
• Capability to work across a rotating three-shift schedule (night, afternoon, and morning hours).
• Strong sense of accountability and commitment to your professional team.
• Intermediate level of English for internal collaboration.
• An enthusiastic, service-oriented mindset with a genuine eagerness to acquire new skills.
