Duties and Expectations

• Maintain a high standard of presentation to align with the dynamic needs of the Gaming & Esports market.
• Represent the company as a brand ambassador, ensuring a polished studio presence.
• Coordinate with technical staff and floor supervisors to resolve any operational hiccups during live events.
• Deliver an immersive and engaging experience for your audience while communicating in Dutch.
• Follow strict gaming compliance and broadcast regulations to maintain game fairness.
• Manage live gaming broadcasts, ensuring all sessions run seamlessly within a professional studio setting.
• Host interactive sessions for a global audience with consistent enthusiasm and charm.

Candidate Prerequisites

• Must be a holder of a valid EU passport (Identity cards cannot be accepted).
• Fluent verbal proficiency in the Dutch language.
• Ability to adapt to a 3-shift rotation schedule (morning, afternoon, and night).
• A proactive, service-oriented mindset with an eagerness to acquire new skills.
• Reliable, professional, and dedicated to supporting your teammates.
• Conversational ability in English.
