Daily Duties and Expectations

• Maintain studio branding standards while acting as a representative of our professional image.
• Engage players effectively in Dutch, creating a truly immersive and enjoyable broadcast environment.
• Monitor and troubleshoot technical challenges by working closely with our floor managers and support staff.
• Ensure that all live-streamed sessions adhere strictly to established gaming regulations and fairness protocols.
• Conduct high-energy, live gaming presentations that keep our international audience fully engaged.
• Refine your hosting techniques to stay current with the rapidly advancing standards of the gaming industry.
• Oversee the fluid, uninterrupted operation of live broadcasts within our state-of-the-art gaming environment.

Required Qualifications

• Must be a holder of an EU passport (ID cards will not be accepted).
• A proactive, service-oriented attitude with a genuine hunger to learn new skills.
• Capability to adapt to a 3-shift rotation (night, morning, and afternoon).
• Natural fluency in Dutch.
• Reliable conversational skills in English.
• Strong sense of duty toward your team and a commitment to a professional work ethic.
