• Serve as the dedicated technical lead for our German-speaking partners, driving success and seamless integration within the support ecosystem.
• Interpret performance data to spark process improvements and creative service solutions across our Bulgarian operations.
• Address intricate technical issues by implementing high-level fixes that streamline partner workflows and improve system stability.

Essential Qualifications

• Must hold a valid EU passport.
• Fluent or native-level proficiency in German is a firm requirement.
• A track record of success in technical support or customer-centric roles within the BPO/Customer Support Services industry.
