Core Duties & Daily Expectations

• Monitor and troubleshoot intricate technical challenges, deploying robust resolutions to improve system efficiency and partner output.
• Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure technical roadmaps remain perfectly aligned with partner objectives.
• Serve as the central technical liaison for German-speaking partners, driving operational success across all support touchpoints.
• Review system metrics and service data to pinpoint innovative improvements for our Bulgarian operations.
• Ensure strict adherence to all service-level agreements (SLAs) via diligent monitoring and rapid escalation management.
• Develop and update internal knowledge-base documentation to elevate the technical capabilities of the entire support organization.
• Host technical workshops and remote training modules, ensuring partners are fully equipped to utilize products effectively.

Candidate Prerequisites

• Complete professional proficiency in German (spoken and written).
• Possession of a valid EU passport is a strict requirement.
• Proven background in customer-facing technical support or similar BPO-industry functions.
• An innate aptitude for logical problem-solving and an enthusiasm for emerging technology.
• A track record of building successful business relationships within a German-speaking environment.
