Core Duties

• Monitor service metrics to drive service innovation and procedural enhancements within our Bulgarian operational hub.
• Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure technical roadmaps meet specific partner expectations.
• Deliver technical demonstrations and remote instructional sessions to help partners maximize their use of our tools.
• Manage escalated technical queries rapidly, ensuring all service-level agreements remain strictly upheld.
• Serve as the lead technical advisor for our German-speaking partner base, fostering long-term operational success.
• Develop and update internal knowledge-base documentation to empower the broader support team.

Professional Qualifications

• A valid EU passport is a strict requirement for this position.
• Fluency in German (both written and verbal) is essential.
• An innate aptitude for technology paired with advanced analytical troubleshooting skills.
• Demonstrable experience working in technical support or customer-facing capacities within the BPO/Customer Support industry.
• A track record of building and managing professional relationships in German-speaking business environments.
