• Examine account history for indicators of potential identity theft, unauthorized access, or money laundering.
• Work alongside technical departments to refine risk assessment models and enhance automated fraud detection.
• Assess real-time payment data to spot irregularities or suspicious behavior within the broader FinTech infrastructure.
• Maintain meticulous, compliant records of all investigative conclusions according to internal security standards and global financial laws.
• Engage with German-speaking clients to verify transaction legitimacy and resolve security flags with the utmost professional tact.

Candidate Qualifications

• Command of the German language (native or near-native proficiency) is a core requirement.
• Must hold a valid EU passport.
• Superior analytical abilities and a sharp eye for identifying patterns in large data sets.
• Professional fluency in English to facilitate cooperation within our international team in Bulgaria.
