Daily Professional Duties

• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring excellence in every interaction.

• Apply advanced critical thinking to troubleshoot and resolve intricate client inquiries.

Essential Candidate Qualifications

• Possession of a valid EU passport is an absolute requirement for this position.
• Complete fluency in the German language, both in verbal and written forms.
• A genuine drive to excel within the Customer Support Services sector.
• Readiness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, to fulfill the requirements of this role.
