Core Duties & Responsibilities

• Proactively suggest workflow improvements to boost overall client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Act as a primary brand advocate, maintaining the high standards expected by our global corporate partners.
• Continuously update your technical knowledge to deliver precise, up-to-date solutions for every customer.
• Address challenging client concerns with patience, expert problem-solving, and a professional demeanor.

Candidate Prerequisites

• Proficiency in basic computing and various digital communication platforms.
• Fluency in German at a native or near-native level (both written and verbal).
• Demonstrated ability to build meaningful rapport with a diverse array of global customers.
• Genuine interest in pursuing excellence within the Customer Support Services industry.
• Must hold a valid EU passport to qualify for this role.
• Ready and eager to move to Sofia, Bulgaria for the duration of the contract.
