Daily Duties and Responsibilities

• Utilize professional retail software to manage customer profiles and ensure order accuracy.
• Provide expert fashion advice and guidance to shoppers, fostering deeper brand engagement.
• Work in tandem with global team members to refine support processes and elevate overall service excellence.
• Address and resolve complex inquiries regarding payment processes and logistical tracking to ensure high customer contentment.
• Act as a primary brand representative for Zalando, maintaining high standards of service in the retail space.
• Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and retail practices to offer insightful assistance to consumers.
• Handle customer requests across various communication channels, including live chat, email, and telephone.

Candidate Prerequisites

• Fluency in Danish, both in spoken and written formats.
• Possession of a valid EU passport (mandatory for this role).
• Strong command of the English language for professional collaboration.
• Keen interest in e-commerce dynamics and the retail sector.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a focus on keeping customers loyal to the brand.
• Previous background in hospitality, retail, or service-based roles is considered a plus.
