Role Duties

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Danish-speaking subscribers, ensuring exceptional resolution of service inquiries.

Candidate Profile

• Strong command of the English language for international corporate collaboration.
• A proactive attitude and a desire to build a career while living in Greece.
• Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written) is strictly required for this role.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to explain complex technical solutions to non-technical users.
• Proven interest or experience in the telecommunications or technical customer support industry.
