• Handle and resolve travel inquiries regarding accommodation bookings, amendments, and cancellations with precision.
• Work alongside a global team to streamline and improve the service experience across the Booking.com interface.
• Apply a client-focused approach to troubleshoot and solve complex booking challenges in real-time.
• Deliver high-impact service to travelers and hospitality partners, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties.
• Consistently surpass established performance targets to uphold the stellar reputation of the Booking.com brand.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Fluency in Danish, both oral and written (Native level).
• The ability to relocate to Greece for this professional opportunity.
