Daily Professional Duties

• Represent the Dyson identity with pride, serving as an enthusiastic ambassador for their high-tech product line.
• Provide comprehensive guidance and troubleshooting support to French-speaking clients regarding product usage, setup, and maintenance.
• Engage with cross-functional departments to ensure swift and efficient resolutions for complex client inquiries.
• Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions to assist in the ongoing refinement of our support services.
• Manage warranty claims, process customer orders, and deliver bespoke product recommendations.
• Stay fully informed on the latest technical developments and industry breakthroughs to better serve our international customer base.
• Serve as the primary contact point for French-speaking users, delivering expert insights into Dyson’s premium technology.

Essential Candidate Criteria

• A valid EU passport or a legal work permit for Greece is strictly required.
• Native or highly fluent proficiency in French (both written and verbal).
• Availability to fulfill this role in a remote capacity within Greece.
• An innate curiosity and passion for the consumer electronics sector, with the ability to quickly master complex technical specifications.
• Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills, matched with a deeply customer-focused attitude.
• Experience or familiarity with CRM software and digital support tools is considered a distinct advantage.
