• Execute detailed investigations into high-risk profiles while ensuring exhaustive documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Maintain high-quality customer care standards while safeguarding the integrity of banking assets.
• Review and monitor transactional activity to proactively identify fraudulent behavior or money laundering risks.
• Engage with French-speaking banking clients to verify sensitive transactions and resolve security issues with tact and precision.

Selection Criteria

• Ability to remain professional, ethical, and composed when navigating high-pressure scenarios.
• Fluency in French (both written and spoken).
• Possession of a valid EU passport is a strict requirement for this position.
