Core Duties

• Resolve customer issues via chat, telephone, and email, maintaining the highest luxury-tier service standards.

• Provide expert-level insights into collection styling, product care, and jewelry details.
• Collaborate across borders with international teams to deliver a cohesive, premium experience for our Nordic customer base.
• Execute orders, returns, and loyalty program tasks with pinpoint accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proactively hit performance benchmarks to ensure the continued excellence of our Greek operations.
• Ensure each interaction reflects the elegance and refined heritage of the Pandora brand.

Essential Qualifications

• Native or fluent proficiency in Finnish is required for this position.
• Comfortable operating within a remote-friendly environment while based in Greece.
• Sophisticated communication abilities combined with a genuinely helpful demeanor.
• Possession of a valid EU passport or appropriate residency credentials to work in Greece.
• A strong desire to excel within the high-end retail sector.
• Professional fluency in English to effectively engage with our global infrastructure.
