Core Duties & Daily Objectives

• Resolve customer issues with empathy and high-tier precision, upholding the prestigious status of the Pandora brand.
• Assist with loyalty program inquiries, return processing, and order management with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ensure that every interaction remains sophisticated and professional, effectively cultivating enduring brand loyalty.
• Provide expert guidance on jewelry styling, collection specifics, and item maintenance to elevate the customer journey.
• Work in tandem with international colleagues to deliver a consistent, high-quality service experience for Nordic clientele.
• Support the high performance of the Finnish Speaking Pandora Customer Experts team by meeting established quality benchmarks.
• Offer white-glove, tailored support across telephone, chat, and email platforms.

Candidate Qualifications

• An EU passport or the legal right to work and reside in Greece.
• Fluent or native command of the Finnish language (both written and verbal).
• A refined communication style combined with a helpful, positive attitude.
• Strong comfort with digital tools and the ability to perform optimally while working remotely in Greece.
• A genuine appreciation for the luxury market and a proactive approach to exceeding service expectations.
• Proficiency in English, allowing for successful navigation of our diverse international work environment.
