Key Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class support as a Klantenservicemedewerker for our international clients within the Customer Support Services sector.

• Troubleshoot and resolve service-related challenges, ensuring a smooth and professional user experience.
• Maintain accurate customer records in our specialized CRM systems to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on product and service knowledge, contributing to the high standards of our Customer Support Services department.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by providing empathetic, effective, and solution-oriented communication in Dutch.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of support workflows and internal processes.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• A strong passion for the Customer Support Services industry and a desire to grow professionally.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information for the end-user.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently in a remote or office-based setting within Greece.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude that thrives in a multicultural, fast-paced work environment.
