• Exercise precision when processing repairs, returns, and order management for our international customer base.
• Offer professional styling advice, jewelry maintenance tips, and collection guidance via various communication channels.

Candidate Profile

• An essential valid EU passport.
• Native or near-native fluency in French, both written and verbal.
• Advanced interpersonal abilities paired with a refined, professional communication style.
• A strong desire to excel in the luxury retail or high-end service industry.
• Prior professional experience in hospitality, luxury sales, or high-tier customer care.
