Daily Duties and Objectives

• Keep pace with new software updates and refined technical protocols to deliver modern, accurate support.

Candidate Profile

• Proficiency in French at a native or fluent level (both written and spoken).
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-moving, diverse international workspace.
• Possession of a valid EU passport (mandatory).
• A technical mindset combined with a genuine enthusiasm for resolving complex queries.
• Customer-focused communication skills tailored for the professional Customer Support Services sector.
• Previous technical support experience is viewed as a major plus for this position in Greece.
