Daily Operational Duties

• Resolve technical queries and assist clients with vehicle-related information, showing empathy and patience in every French interaction.
• Ensure brand consistency by acting as the primary voice of a top-tier automotive leader.
• Document all client interactions accurately using our CRM software to help our team identify service improvements.
• Handle high volumes of inquiries via chat, email, and telephone, ensuring each touchpoint exceeds the customer’s expectations.
• Coordinate with internal departments to address complex technical or mechanical concerns swiftly.
• Stay ahead of the curve by mastering new automotive features, luxury service benchmarks, and emerging industry technologies.
• Turn challenging situations into positive outcomes, consistently fostering long-term brand loyalty.

Professional Prerequisites

• Expertise in French (verbal and written) is essential for this position.
• High degree of comfort with digital platforms and automotive software systems.
• Demonstrated dedication to delivering white-glove, premium-level customer service.
• Candidates must hold a valid EU passport or a legal work permit for employment in the EU.
• Proficiency in English, ensuring effective collaboration within our diverse, international office setting.
