• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure premium service standards are met across the Nordic market.
• Resolve customer inquiries via chat, telephone, and email while maintaining the high standards expected in the luxury sector.
• Consistently meet performance benchmarks to drive the overall success of the Pandora support team in Greece.
• Deliver bespoke, high-touch support that reinforces the exclusivity and prestige of our client's brand.

Professional Qualifications

• Complete fluency in Finnish, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
• A valid EU passport or residency documentation authorizing work in Greece is required.
• Proficiency in English to operate effectively within our international business environment.
• Technical aptitude and the ability to work effectively from a remote setup while based in Greece.
• A strong inclination toward high-end retail and a dedicated customer-first mindset.
• Sophisticated interpersonal skills, capable of conveying helpfulness through professional communication channels.
