Core Duties

• Assist users with inquiries regarding navigation, security settings, and advertising tools.
• Stay ahead of the curve by collaborating with teams to track the latest social media trends and platform updates.
• Provide rapid, efficient, and user-friendly resolutions to technical obstacles.
• Maintain absolute discretion when handling sensitive data to protect the brand’s integrity.

Essential Qualifications

• Native or high-level proficiency in Dutch (reading, writing, and speaking).
• You must hold a valid EU passport.
• An enthusiastic approach to social media and solid digital fluency.
• The motivation to relocate to Athens for this position in Greece.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with a natural flair for helping others resolve complex issues.
