Daily Operations & Duties

• Maintain platform integrity by monitoring content and upholding strict community safety standards.
• Deliver professional, empathetic, and rapid resolutions to Dutch-speaking users.
• Assist members with technical troubleshooting, account security concerns, and navigation of advertising tools.
• Provide expert-level operational support to users across a major social media network.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to remain current with industry shifts and platform enhancements.
• Ensure an exceptional user experience while diagnosing and resolving complex platform-related glitches.
• Protect the brand’s reputation by handling sensitive data with extreme care and professional confidentiality.

Candidate Qualifications

• Must be a holder of a valid EU passport.
• Fluent or native proficiency in both written and spoken Dutch.
• A genuine passion for the social media landscape combined with strong digital fluency.
• Proven ability to thrive within a fast-moving, team-oriented business environment.
• Readiness to move to Athens for this role.
