Daily Professional Duties

• Utilize our CRM platform to accurately document customer interactions and manage vehicle service profiles.
• Work in tandem with global team members to boost overall service quality and customer satisfaction benchmarks.
• Offer elite-level assistance to automotive clients via multiple digital channels including voice, chat, and email.
• Proactively suggest improvements to our existing automotive account support protocols.
• Assist customers with complex inquiries regarding technical vehicle specifications, maintenance intervals, and warranty details.
• Deliver a tailored experience that aligns with the premium expectations of the automotive industry.
• Stay ahead of the curve by maintaining up-to-date knowledge on emerging automotive trends and brand-specific developments.

What We Are Looking For

• Native or fluent proficiency in Dutch (verbal and written).
• Must hold a valid EU passport to facilitate work relocation to Greece.
