• Act as the essential liaison for Eneco clients, resolving queries regarding billing and sustainability offerings.
• Proactively monitor shifts in the European energy market to offer sophisticated, knowledgeable support.
• Work in tandem with various departments to refine service workflows and elevate the overall user journey.
• Address challenging client situations with a patient, problem-solving mindset to guarantee satisfaction.

Necessary Qualifications

• Possession of a valid EU passport is an absolute prerequisite.
• Fluency in the Dutch language (both verbal and written communication).
• Natural ability to thrive in a remote work setting without sacrificing high output.
• Genuine enthusiasm for the evolving energy sector and delivering top-tier service.
• Strong command of CRM systems and modern virtual collaboration software.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and professional poise during client conversations.
