• Maintain detailed customer records within our CRM systems to ensure absolute data precision.

• Address and troubleshoot service inquiries, guaranteeing a seamless experience for every user.
• Engage with internal departments to remain at the forefront of product knowledge, upholding our high service standards.
• Resolve incoming requests across chat, email, and telephone, prioritizing customer satisfaction and high-quality outcomes.
• Actively participate in the refinement of support workflows and internal business procedures.
• Provide world-class support as a Klantenservicemedewerker for our diverse international clientele.

Candidate Expectations

• Proficiency in Dutch (native or near-native level) is a strict requirement.
• Must possess a valid EU passport.
• Ability to work autonomously in a hybrid or office-based setup within Greece.
