Daily Duties and Objectives

• Deliver top-tier technical assistance and support for Miele’s high-end household appliances.
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer files within our centralized CRM software.
• Walk customers through product maintenance, essential usage tips, and key feature sets to enhance product lifespan.
• Handle technical queries via various digital touchpoints, including live chat, email, and telephone.
• Ensure all interactions mirror the prestige and excellence of the Miele brand.
• Stay ahead of the curve by mastering new appliance releases and evolving electronics technology.
• Work in tandem with other business units to troubleshoot complex issues and guarantee customer happiness.

Profile Prerequisites

• Native or fluent proficiency in Dutch (written and oral).
• Mandatory possession of a valid EU passport.
• Strong ability to work effectively within a remote team structure.
• Genuine interest in consumer electronics and a commitment to providing stellar service.
• Excellent communication skills with the knack for making technical jargon easy to understand.
• Prior background in customer-centric roles is highly preferred.
